We have several new products in the pipeline, but the one I'd like to talk about here is the WSA Manual. Similar to our LSA Manual in contents, it helps managers and employers to interpret and implement the results of WSA.

At tomorrow´s school we need more tools to handle or to manage a learning process in vocational studies. At vocational school at least in Finland students spend their time more than half of their studies in companies. Young and adult students pratice at work most of their studies. In industries they are too busy to teach students although they receive test presentations to pass on their studies. WSA may help staff to learn easier and teach too. Manual may help to interpret one´s behavior more acceptably than before and to encounter learning difficulties. In spite of saying I can´t they say I CAN!!!
