Perhaps you've already gone the healthy-diet route? Eliminated junk food, increased the fruit and vegetable intake... yet the child's concentration span is shorter than an eye blink? Ask yourself the following:
- does the child seem to concentrate better when chewing?
- is the child more sluggish after lunch?
- does he/she have an intolerance to salicylates which occur naturally in even wholesome food?
